Description:
The aim of the restoration of the Beata Vergine Assunta church in the Valmadonna hamlet of the municipality of Alessandria was to restore the facade to its original situation.
Central to the restoration work were the rehabilitation interventions from rising damp that had heavily damaged the plaster, restructuring a dehumidifying and transpiring cycle to allow the evaporation of the humidity that will continue to rise from the subsoil where, at low depth, there are water bubbles.

Architectural restoration and structural consolidation of the facade and bell tower and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the roof. The church has been restored to its ancient splendor giving it back the original colors for which popular memory still exists.
